Personalized Online Strength Coaching

Our Online Strength and Conditioning Training Programs are designed for athletes, weekend warriors, those just getting started in fitness and elite powerlifters. We have a pedigree that includes National Champion Powerlifters, Team National Championships and American Record Holders in Strength Sports. All this along with a long proven history of reduced injury prevalence and improved athletic performance in sports ranging from football and hockey to swimming and running.

Regardless of what your goals are, we are here to help. Our number one specialty is youth athletes, and we will work to develop a program for athletes as young as eight years old, but we also work with adults, military, first responders and families looking to get fit and healthy.

Balancing Your Life and Training with 1 on 1 Coaching Consultations

We work with you to develop a training program around your busy life. Balancing family, work and other commitments along with training can be stressful. With our program, we design your training based on your time requirements and utilize the most optimal physiological programs to meet those requirements.

All exercise prescriptions will meet three foundation pillars:​

-Task Specific Performance

Your strength coach will meet with you monthly to make sure nothing has changed for the following month.

Accountability for the Long Road

Get anytime guidance you need from our professional strength coaches. A dedicated online strength coach is available anytime you have questions and hold you accountable. We utilize technology to discover areas for improvement and also as a tracking tool so we can visualize the progress you are making. We celebrate your achievements with you!

Expert Coaching

Jason Lupo is an experienced strength coach, leading Full Armour Powerlifting to National Titles and becoming one of the most elite youth powerlifting programs in the country taking home the Youth Boys National Team Title, Youth Girls National Team Title and Teen Co-ed National Team Title. With an extensive background in exercise science and exercise physiology, Jason will ensure that you meet and exceed your goals through a science backed training program written just for you. No program is the same.

Jason has coached beginners all the way through elite and professional athletes. With multiple Triathlon World Championship qualifiers, National Champion athletes, and experience as the former Head Coach of the Navy Wounded Warrior Swim Team, Jason combines his multi-sport experience to create the most ideal program for you.

By joining our online strength coaching program, you are joining a team of more than 100 athletes representing Full Armour Sports Teams. We are a Christ-centered team of athletes praising and worshiping Christ through the wonderful gifts and talents that God has given us. We are reminded everyday of the God's remarkable and intelligent design that allows us to run and see our bodies improve through adaptation

How does our Online Strength Program Work?

1) You will set up a call to discuss your goals, past experience, current strength training, any injuries you may have and schedule. Then your strength coach will get to work building a completely custom strength training program for you. The plan is designed to ensure your work-life-family balance and ensures you meet your strength goals

2) You follow the strength training program schedule and track your training online and your coach monitors your progress and uses that information to adjust your strength training program the next month. You will also have access via email or text to get answers to your questions as they arise. 

​

3) Before your competitions, your coach will go over strategy, any last minute concerns and competition day prep to ensure you are at your best from the start.

​

4) If you love the experience, we start the process over for your next goals or competition!

What should I expect from my strength coach?

You can expect that your strength coach is as excited about your goals and performance as you are and is invested in your success. We realize that flexibility is a requirement for most training programs, and we will work hard to create a program that works for the requirements of your life. You can feel confident that your program is designed utilizing the latest research and science available to ensure that you can reduce your risk of injury and improve your performance.

Should I hire a strength coach?

The question of whether or not you should hire a strength coach is a common and perfectly normal question to ask. I am confident that you can throw together a strength training program with enough research on google, but if you are serious about your goals, it is important to have a dedicated strength coach by your side to hold you accountable and make the adjustments necessary to keep you pushing forward.
